Marte’s power shake

Smoothies are always popular in our home. We make smoothies for breakfast, for in-between meals, after training and whenever else it is suitable. Smoothies can be made in numerous ways, the only limit is your imagination.  Today’s favourite is close to a copy of the powershake that you can get at Joe & The Juice. To get it more nutritious I often use ingredients  with some extra proteins. That will keep you satisfied for a longer time. Smoothie is a perfect way for getting nutrition, whether you are busy or if you just want something tasty.

3 dl milk
2 dl vanillla yoghurt
2 eggs
2 tablespoons low fat kesam / quark
1 handful frozen strawberries
1 banana
(Alternatively some vanilla sugar or protein powder with vanilla taste, if you want even more vanilla taste in the shake.)

Mix it all properly in a blender, pour it in a big glass and enjoy!
